Hi, I’m Ney, and I’m glad you’re visiting my page.

Starting therapy is a big decision, and I understand how important it is to find the right fit.

I’ve spent over thirteen years working in Residential, Community, Hospital, and Outpatient settings. This broad experience has allowed me to support teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more confident self-identities.

I specialize in supporting individuals & families through:

  • Depression & Anxiety

  • Trauma & Grief

  • Relationship issues

  • Career transitions

  • LGBTQIA+ support

  • Men’s mental health

  • Adolescent development

  • Life transitions

  • Women empowerment

  • Menopause

SUPPORTING THE LGBTQIA+ community

One area I’m particularly passionate about is working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I’ve invested significant time and training into providing informed, compassionate care. I’m also dedicated to ending the stigma around men seeking support and love working with teens through their formative years.

MY Approach

My therapy style is holistic and client-centered. I blend evidence-based practices with existential principles to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for healing. I also incorporate creative modalities - I take a direct rather than passive approach -helping you build resilience and move through emotional distress.

What It's Like to work with me

Am I the right therapist for you? I might be—and I’d be honored to explore that with you.

I’m not your typical “blank slate” therapist. Before I became a licensed mental health provider, I spent 15 years bartending. That experience taught me how to truly connect with people from all walks of life. I bring my whole, authentic self to each session—alongside a deep belief in the power of self-awareness.

Whether you need to scream, cry, curse, or just let it all out, I’m here to hold space for your healing. Together, we’ll work to help you take control of your life, your choices, and your future.
